If one is deployed or absent, the other needs copy of orders and power-ofattorney For military personnel the agent must be of equal or higher pay grade than the owner Each person is only authorized to be an agent for 1 vehicle at a time A family member cannot act as an agent The agent has 90 days to Ship, Junk or Sell vehicle Responsibility falls solely to the agent during the 90 day period If selling/junking vehicle, agent must ensure a clear title or lien release is provided (if applicable) Imposition of any towing, storage, disposal fees fall on agent.
